Delivery Information

I aim to post all orders within 1–2 working days from point of purchase.

Standard Delivery - £3.00

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver most parcels within two working days after dispatch.

Express Delivery - £5.00

If you need your order a little sooner, choose Express Delivery at checkout. Express orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Royal Mail aims to deliver these items on the next working day after dispatch.

Local Collection - Free

If you're local to Bromsgrove, you’re welcome to collect your order from my home. Your items will be securely packaged and placed in a combination lock box. The code will be emailed to you, and you'll receive a message when your order is ready for collection

Ella's Craft Room assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control.

Returns Policy

Every effort is made to package your items so they arrive with you in pristine condition. However, if you do find any damage, please email ella@ellascraftroom.co.uk along with an image of your faulty item and I will advise how best I can assist you. When returning your item, please enclose your original invoice (where possible). Alternatively, enclose a note with your contact and order details.

I always recommend using a tracked service to return your item. I cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the return post.

Please return a faulty product within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund, or to have your item fixed.

Please note: For hygeine and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returns unless they are faulty.
