Are your earrings lightweight?

Yes! All of my pieces are made with polymer clay, so they’re super lightweight and comfortable to wear.

Do you use hypoallergenic materials?

Absolutely – I use sterling silver, nickel-free silver plated and gold-plated findings, all suitable for most sensitive ears.

Where do you ship?

At the moment, I ship within the UK. If you're outside the UK, feel free to message me and I'll see what I can do! Please see the Delivery and Returns section of the website for more information on shipping.

I don't have my ears pierced but I love your designs, what do I do?

Most of my designs can be made into necklaces, just drop me a message through the contact form or via email at ella@ellascraftroom.co.uk and I'll try my best to accommodate you.

How do I care for my earrings?

These are my top tips for looking after your Ella's Craft Room earrings:

• Avoid dropping or applying pressure, as polymer clay can be delicate.
• Remove before swimming or exercising to prevent damage from sweat or water.
• Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, or water.
• Store in a dry, cool place to prevent tarnishing.
• Wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth to restore shine.
